Event Support

Turn your love of connecting with people into a career! Join our team as Event Support and help lead the way for our growing non-profit! Working under the Events Host, you’ll help execute our Kaleo events and make a difference in the lives of single mothers and their children.

Responsibilities

• Assist the event host with event planning by managing guest RSVPs and follow-ups:
  • Create a registration list and manage the on-site registration table.
  • Oversee new guest communications and on-site welcome.
• Assist with on-site setup and event execution under the direction of the Event Host for Kaleo Connect Events:
  • Includes setup and teardown.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership, Kaleo team members, and volunteers during the planning and execution phases.
• Find ways to engage with our members to increase attendance and help grow the group.
• Make every person feel welcome, accepted, and valued.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Experience or interest in event planning.
• Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and comfort offering solutions.
• Willingness to help other team members and assist where needed.
• Availability on weekday evenings and occasional weekends for fill-in if needed, including in-person and online events.
• A fun and engaging personality!
