Layna Haley

Layna Haley is the Founder and President of Kaleo Collective, and the proud wife of Jeff and mother to three children; Austin, Alexa and Nixon.  

Becoming a mother at the age of 16, Layna understands the unique challenges faced by single mothers.  Believing firmly that coming along side single mothers is how you break cycles of poverty, Layna began the Kaleo Collective in 2014.

Layna has a passion for loving people and believes that creating a community for women to learn, grow and thrive can change generations.  “You start with one woman and help her learn how to take care of herself, get meaningful work, have healthy relationships and she teaches her children the same. This is how you change families, communities, the world. Kaleo Collective is where poverty cycles end ”.
