Single Mom Resource Course

The Single Mom Resource Course will teach you practical tips, tools and strategies to reduce the exhaustion and stress of being a single parent.

Week 1 - Journaling for Self-care
Learn the value of regularly reflecting on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to improve your emotional wellness.
Week 2 - Healthy Habits
Create new routines and drop the ones that are holding you back!
Week 3 - Time Management
Take hold of your time and discover the tips and secrets to making the most of a day while balancing family life.
Week 4 - Meal Planning
Learn great recipes and get the tools you need to make mealtime a breeze.
Week 5 - Budgeting Part 1
Get the basics of financial literacy and learn how to manage and balance your budget.
Week 6 - Budgeting Part 2
The next step in understanding your finances. Participants will leave with their own personalized budget plan.
Week 7 - Mind, Body, Stress Connection
Take an introspective look into how stress affects you, and how to better manage when life throws everything at you.
Week 8 - Creative Memory Making with Your Children
Take home new ways to truly connect and bond with your children!

Kids’ Classes

Trained child therapists will take kids ages 6-13 through a journey of fun and learning!
Week 1 - Getting To Know You!

Kids get to meet the new friends they’ll make over the next 8 weeks and dive into some fun exercises together!

Week 2 - Feeling Our Feelings

Let’s look at our feelings! What are they, why do we feel them and how are they an important part of who we are?

Week 3 - Journaling For Kids!

Learn a skill that will last a lifetime! Journaling is a fun and creative way to help process feelings and discover more about ourselves!

Week 4 - Operation Friendship

This fun and exciting class is all about making and keeping friends! We’ll learn how to be kind, share, and cooperate with others.

Week 5 - Super You

This week, we’ll learn about what makes us special and unique. Get ready for fun activities that will help your little one build confidence and believe in themselves!

Week 6 - Silver Linings

Looking on the bright side of life! Finding the good in ourselves, others and in life helps children ease anxieties and develop a positive attitude!

Week 7 - Mind, Body & Stress Connection

We’ll explore the ways stress can affect kids and give some simple, practical ways for children to calm and self-soothe.

Week 8 – Pulling It All Together!

In the final week, we’ll take all the fun lessons and skills learned and celebrate in one fun class!
