Jennifer Fincham

As a single parent solely responsible for her children, Jennifer understands firsthand the challenges—and resilience—required to balance family, career, and long‑term goals.

Jennifer returned to university as a single mom, earning her degree while raising her two children—a son active in hockey and rugby and a daughter in cheer and tumbling. She went on to complete the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and now works as an Assistant Controller. Her journey reflects perseverance, and a deep belief in the power of opportunity and support.

With experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and stewardship, Jennifer is passionate about ensuring Kaleo Collective’s resources are managed with care, transparency, and purpose. She is committed to supporting the organization’s sustainability so it can continue empowering and uplifting single mothers and their families.
