Megan Bates

Megan Bates has always had a strong commitment to supporting community, and in particular women and children. Megan spent many years working in the not-for-profit sector with Women Building Futures where she was responsible for building strong relationships with industry to support the women graduating from the programs. Megan has experienced life as a single mother and understands the journey women take through the challenges and triumphs of solo and co-parenting. She currently works for an industrial construction company managing Human Resources and Community Investment.
