I am an educator within the public school system here in Alberta, graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Education degree in 2002, then in 2007 graduating from the University of Portland with my Masters in Educational Leadership. I am currently teaching junior high 0.5FTE, my other part time job is representing over 700+ teachers as their local ATA president, running the business of the local.

Servant Leadership is something I am passionate about, focusing on the well-being of Kaleo Collective and the families it serves: Reasons why 1) l love serving my community, seeking an opportunity to contribute the work of this organization and how it changes the lives of single moms is at the heart of who I am. 2) working alongside our Executive Director Layna Haley, her passion and expertise combined with her continuous curiosity for growth makes others want to come along on this journey.

My years serving on this board have been an honor, seeing lives changes for generations.
